How inquiry information is used on this locally operated website.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and referring websites. It does not use analytics cookies. We exclude admin pages and remove page query strings before sending page-view events. Inquiry form contents are not sent to this analytics service.
We store the contact details, business information, buying requirements, inventory details and attachments you choose to submit so KD’s Sales can review and follow up on your inquiry.
Production records are stored in Supabase. Inquiry attachments use private storage and are accessible through authenticated admin downloads. Vercel hosts the website. Administrators can export records for business follow-up. No payment processing is provided.
Saved buyer inquiries include a separate choice for relevant email deal alerts. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you. Your choice, consent wording and timestamp are recorded. Inquiry details may be emailed to our buying team for follow-up. Automated deal alerts are not enabled.
Contact KD’s Sales to request correction or removal of your information, or to withdraw deal-alert consent. Use the contact page or WhatsApp link to submit your request.
Administrators use a session cookie to sign in. Public inquiry forms do not require an account.
